Bath & Play Time

We finally got a jumper for Kate and she loves it! It is great entertainment and I like watching her have fun. Also we love to take baths and I realized tonight she really does have a ton of hair. So I was playing with it and we created a Mohawk! It was too funny, just wanted to share these pics with everyone.Kelly

Nap Time

So I was on the computer this morning and Kate was trying to nap. Well we know she loves her animal blankies. We only have about 8 and we must have one at all times! One in diaper bag, two in the bed, one at daycare, and misc. ones around the house. So just wanted to show you how she goes to sleep with them. I guess she doesn't like the light when trying to get some Z's! Anyway I do worry sometimes but try to keep an eye on her. I guess she can still breathe with it covering her face!?

Family Weekend!

We had a fun weekend with all of our family! Babe, CC, J, and Aunt Courtney came to visit. Just having fun playing and growing. We put everything in our mouth or we talk all the time! Here are pics from the weekend. Wow how fast time flies! Yes we still have the sticker and tag on our shades; it was all I could do to get them on her and take a pic. Hopefully as she gets older she will love them.? Also our hair is getting very long! We have uncontrollable curls and a little ponytail in the back. When do we get our first haircut??? And do they make a baby Chi???

First Weekend in Oxford!!!

Well Kate did well traveling to Oxford this weekend. She slept through most of the spring football game, but was a trooper at the baseball game. We had fun but it is a big deal carrying baby! Anyway here are some pics from the weekend. My little Rebel!

We did it!

Well for the first time Kate rolled over... and I missed it! She was playing on her mat and then I heard her fussing. Next thing I know she was on her tummy on our seagrass rug (ouch) and was whining bc her knees were hurting! So I guess she can do it I just hope I can catch it. Of course I tried to video it and she would not do it again. We are headed to Oxford tomorrow so I am sure I will post those pics soon. We must document our first trip to Oxford. Already raising her to be a Rebel!!!

We finally tried a vegetable tonight. Suprisingly Kate loved it! I could not believe it but I am thankful. Unlike Dad who eats zero vegetables (sorry maybe edamame) she did great. Enjoy these pics, we had food everywhere. But it was fun.

How our life changed November 9,2007

Well after 3 years of being married, we welcomed our first child Kate. Our life sure changed for the best! So, I have created this blog to show all of you a hint of our daily life. Also we would like to share with you our fun memories as we make them. So bare with me this is a first for me and I am going to try and keep up with it. Also I am a little technically challenged so still working on the site (thanks Brit for the header!). Anyway to all our family we miss and love you, we hope too that you enjoy the site. We are having a blast and we love this little girl. What a blessing the Lord has given us! Kelly
